DBK9 Integrated Security was founded in 2021 under the name Detection Brazil K9 (DBK9), initially focused on specialized K9 inspection services.

- In its first year of operation, DBK9 achieved a significant milestone by obtaining a Technical Capacity Certification from the Port Authority of Paranaguá and Antonina (APPA) — one of Brazil’s leading port authorities and internationally recognized port complexes, awarded multiple times as the best port in Brazil. This recognition reinforced our credibility and operational excellence within the maritime security sector.
- DBK9 was also among the pioneering companies authorized to perform narcotics detection K9 inspections onboard long-haul vessels in selected Brazilian port terminals — a direct result of our commitment to compliance, professionalism, and integrity in every operation. Built on the expertise of professionals with backgrounds in public security and specialized law enforcement operations, the company evolved beyond K9 inspections into a broader security provider.
